Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for the Head of School, managing all communication and scheduling.

• Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

• Coordinate logistics for school events, meetings, and committees.

• Support the Head of School in strategic planning and project management.

• Facilitate communication between the Head of School, staff, students, and external stakeholders.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.

• Manage the student information systems (SIS), databases, and other record-keeping software to access and update student records, staff information, and other important data.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with emphasis on “customer service”  and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Office Suite Software: Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar platforms like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of discretion and professionalism.

• Experience in event planning and project management.

• Skills in managing platforms for wider community engagement, such as social media or school newsletters, may also be beneficial.

• A willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies as they are adopted by the school.
